As a qualified cost accountant and proud alumni of IIM-A, Sridhar’s skills encompass Treasury & fundraising, Accounts and Audit, Mergers & Acquisitions, Commercial Control, Taxation, MIS & Variance Analysis, Country Start-ups, and SAP proficiency.

Mohan is the Business Head at Sterling Generators and steers the operations for the South, East, North, and Southeast Asia regions. Having started his journey with Sterling Generators leading the Karnataka branch, Mohan’s adept approach and strategic vision quickly propelled him to a broader operational role encompassing multiple regions.

Girish Mathur, a seasoned professional with over 34 years of experience, embarked on his journey with the group in October 2017. Since then, he has played a crucial role in spearheading the lean transformation at the Silvassa factory, ensuring efficiency and innovation into its operations.

Sivasakthi Murugan has been a part of Sterling Generators since the time of its inception in 2005. With a tenure of over 18 years in the organisation, Sivasakthi has risen through the ranks to his current position as the Head of the Service Division.

Narendra Deshmukh spearheads operations for Sterling Generators across the Middle East, African and West Indian regions. His core focus is to drive growth strategies and expand market presence to foster robust business partnerships. 

Dibyendu is a seasoned professional with over 33 years of experience in the PLANT technology sector, specializing in industrial gas plants, early-stage green hydrogen plants, and Chemical/Refinery/Fertilizer complexes. He has held key positions at prestigious companies including Worley India Limited, Thyssenkrupp Industrial Solutions India (Pvt) Ltd,, and Larsen & Toubro Ltd.

Nishith Shah is COO, E-Mobility Business at Sterling Green Power Solutions. In his role, Nishith is entrusted to create world-class electric vehicle chargers using AC and DC charging technology. He is also mandated with establishing a strong organizational network to support varied customer requirements across all market segments.
