Area Of Responsibility:-

  • Develop a deep understanding of the company's generator products, including specifications, features, and applications.
  • Identify customer needs, including power capacity, usage patterns, and specific application demands.
  • Engage with potential and existing clients to assess their power generation requirements.
  • Serve as a technical resource for customers, addressing their questions and providing technical information to aid in their decision-making process.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships while negotiating contract terms and pricing.
  • Work to close sales deals and achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with engineering or manufacturing teams to customize generator solutions to meet unique customer requirements.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies in the generator market.
  • Ensure clients receive proper installation, maintenance, and ongoing support services.
  • Address and resolve any post-sales issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, proposals, contracts, and sales progress.

Education and Relevant Experience :-

  • Bachelor's or Diploma degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
  • Technical knowledge in sales, dealership, channel partners, vendor, and supplier management with a strong focus on customer centricity
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in the generator or power generation industry
  • Strong technical knowledge of generator systems, diesel generators, and power generation principles
  • Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards is preferred
