Application
Area Of Responsibility:-
Develop a deep understanding of the company's generator products, including specifications, features, and applications.
Identify customer needs, including power capacity, usage patterns, and specific application demands.
Engage with potential and existing clients to assess their power generation requirements.
Serve as a technical resource for customers, addressing their questions and providing technical information to aid in their decision-making process.
Build and maintain strong client relationships while negotiating contract terms and pricing.
Work to close sales deals and achieve revenue targets.
Collaborate with engineering or manufacturing teams to customize generator solutions to meet unique customer requirements.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies in the generator market.
Ensure clients receive proper installation, maintenance, and ongoing support services.
Address and resolve any post-sales issues promptly.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, proposals, contracts, and sales progress.
Education and Relevant Experience :-
Bachelor's or Diploma degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
Technical knowledge in sales, dealership, channel partners, vendor, and supplier management with a strong focus on customer centricity
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in the generator or power generation industry
Strong technical knowledge of generator systems, diesel generators, and power generation principles
Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards is preferred
