Serve as a technical resource for customers, addressing their questions and providing technical information to aid in their decision-making process.
Build and maintain strong client relationships while negotiating contract terms and pricing.
Work to close sales deals and achieve revenue targets.
Collaborate with engineering or manufacturing teams to customize generator solutions to meet unique customer requirements.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies in the generator market.
Ensure clients receive proper installation, maintenance, and ongoing support services.
Address and resolve any post-sales issues promptly.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, proposals, contracts, and sales progress.
Education and Relevant Experience :-
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/electrical engineering from a recognized university.
Minimum 4-5 years of experience within the generator or power generation industry.
Strong technical knowledge of generator systems, diesel generators, and power-generation principles.
Prior knowledge or experience in project management and planning will be preferred.
Knowledge of cross functional activities like projects compliance submission, coordinating with consultant & getting TDS & project drawing within timeline.
Sound knowledge of MS-office & AutoCAD.
Familiar with Engineering standards & Engineering Drawing.
Knowledge of preparation Material Requirements from Drawings.
Preparation / review of technical specifications / tender specifications.
Knowledge of Project Management software- MSP.
